My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were very quaint, cute, and comfortable, done in true Mexican style, plus they were extremely clean and well-kept. The service was excellent, especially Erica, who was super friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, right in the middle of Playa Del Carmen with lots of bars and restaurants around, close to the ADO Station, and within walking distance of almost everything. The dining experience was amazing, and the facilities were top-notch. A superb value for money overall!
The hotel offers a uniquely authentic and immaculately presented accommodation experience. The traditionally Spanish, gorgeously designed rooms are clean but may have limited space compared to some. The service goes above and beyond, with extremely friendly staff accommodating various special requests. The strategic location makes it perfect for a comfortable getaway, close to the beach and Playa Del Carmen center.
My stay at Hotel Cielo was an absolute delight! The location is superb, right in the heart of Playa del Carmen amidst all the shops and just a stone's throw away from the Cozumel ferries. The rooms were unique, super clean, and cozy, although a few more pictures on the walls would have added some more charm. The staff was incredibly accommodating, always ready to help with a smile.
